I need a vacation.......

I feel so stressed right now. I've been really busy lately.

Friday was the Homecoming game. We beat Atlanta 48-0 . That was pretty cool. Lindsay and Jason got king and queen but I already knew they would. Saturday I got up at 10 and took a shower and did my hair. It looked really good to and everyone wondered where I got it done and I was like yeah I did it. Took me about an hour though. Then we all went and got ready at Hannah's and convinced Isaiah to go. We left around 4:30 and went to Ryan's. We ate at Red Lobster with the seniors and it was really fun. Homecoming was pretty fun to. I spent the night at Hannah's. At 3 I went with Sarah and her parents to U of M and we hung out for awhile, ate , and I got the 20 minute tour. I really want to come and visit her for a whole day. Maybe someday when my mom realizes that I'm not 7 anymore.

Today school didn't start until 11 but I didn't come until about 12:30 and just skipped seminar and lunch. I have about 8 tons of laundry to do and I'm definitely not going to be going to Tawas band tonight.

Why does my mom have to ruin every fun thing I have? She calls Hannah's at 2 and flips out because I'm not home yet. Then when I get home she tries to get me to say that I should have called her. I was still at Hannah's right where I said I would be. What is the deal? And she wonders why I don't want to go to Delta. I could not stand another year of living at home. She seriously tries to find reasons to get mad because otherwise she wouldn't have any.

Well I think I'm either going to start on my laundry or take a nap... hmmm...

The homecoming game is tomorrow and the dance is on Saturday. This week has been so weird and hectic. I kind of got out of the dressing up mood after I wore a cinderella dress all day on Tues. Tomorrow is just maroon and gold day so that's good.

Yesterday was fun. Me, Hannah and BethAnne had planned to go shopping with Kayla. She asked us to go and we all had to get stuff for homecoming. First we had to wait around doing nothing and going to all the places possible to go in AuGres while we waited for practice to get over. Then we couldn't find Kayla but she was just at the float. Shopping was really fun and we laughed a lot and drove by the Lindon Hoff.... What DOES that mean? Yeah we had to take this detour because the ramp to get on 75 was closed and there was this weird motor home without a liscence plate that tried to run us off the rode along with BethAnne's incessant stuttering. Ahhh good times. I'm getting to be pretty good friends with Kayla. We were like the last people in the mall (Hannah and Kayla had to get their nails done) and then we just had to take pictures in the photo thing. They're really funny. It was a good trip but we got home at 11 and I had told my mom a little earlier and she flipped out. It's like seriously... In a year I'll be getting home at whatever time I want and you won't be able to do anything about it. Everyone else in my class parties all the time but I can't get home a little late. I suppose I should be glad she cares.

Well I have a ton of homework and I wish I had more time to write but sadly I don't....

I am a nerd

I just never get around to posting these days. It saddens me. Plus then I feel the need to try and go back and remember all the stuff I did...

Friday our football team played Posen. We had too march and if I must say we looked pretty hot. I was looking very hot, wearing hannah's McDonalds shoes with my band uniform. Our routine went really good and we ended up winning the game by 1 point.

Well on Saturday I was going to go visit Sarah but then my mom decided that for some reason she didn't want me to go. It wasn't a waste of a day though because I ended up going thrifting with my mom and sister. I got tons of cool stuff. At goodwill I got this awesome purse and a couple shirts. I also got this dress to wear for fairy tale day along with some other stuff that I can't remember right now. At Salvation Army I found 2 new hollister shirts and another shirt. Over all it was a good trip. The only part I didn't enjoy was the stopping at garage sales that had nothing. I wasn't really looking forward to going to the bread store but the guy that works there is really funny. It was great. He finds really creative ways to make working at a bread store more fun.

Sunday I went to church and then went to Hannah's. We hung out and played volleyball for awhile and then some of the church people came and there was like 20 people playing on each side. We wanted to stay longer but BethAnne, Hannah, and I had to go to the float meating. Each class has to build a float for the Homecoming parade. The meeting involved a lot of arguing and people standing around and talking and me realizing exactly how annoying Kevin really is. The sad part is that he thinks he's so cool and he thinks he looks cool with his hat on sideways and singing to the radio. I wonder why his friends don't go tell him that hey he really doesn't look cool and he actually looks really stupid. This may sound mean but he needs it. He's so conceited. There were 2 pieced of pizza left and hannah went to grab one and he was like hey pass me the big one and hannah said no because that was the one she was getting. Then he was like I'll just come get it. Then she licked it and put it on her plate right before he could grab it and it was really funny. Well that's all for float committee stories because it's not very exciting.

Today was nerd day. I love dressing up for spirit week. I borrowed this blue sweater from my mom and wore these glasses that my sister wore in 4th grade. They're really hot. I also wore my toilet earrings and a 1st place ribbon. Ross looked really good too. He should do his hair like that all the time.

In about 20 minutes I'm going with Ross, Ryan, and Ben to Tawas band. I didn't really want to do it but I need to get my community service hours for NHS...

Hopefully my next post won't be to far away.

ugh...

It's really hot out. I almost died during marching band. Seriously.

Today was pretty boring. I didn't do much. I sat in Nowaks all during my aid job because there was a sub and then when I went to band I felt like I was half asleep the whole time plus it was like 85 degrees.

Yesterday was BethAnnes birthday thing. We went on her barn swing and I ended up with hay everywhere. Literally. After that we all went to Ronnie's to play pool. I was the only girl there. I was a beast. Well not really but I did ok. Then there was bible study and everyone was psycho. It's weird how the youth group used to be mostly girls and now it's mostly guys. I think It goes in cycles.

Wow I just realized it's been a really long time since my last blog. I thought it had only been a day and then I looked and realized it's been like 5 days.

Well on Friday Sarah came back and we went to pizza hut with bethanne, Isaiah, and Ryan. After that we walked out on the dock thing... It was fun. Then everyone came to my house and we watched tv. Some show about this guy that had to cut his hand off.

On saturday I slept in and then later went to isaac and gabes birthday party. They are now 4. On Sunday I had to go with my mom and sister to my mom's uncle's funeral. It mostly involved a whole bunch of old people saying "oh look how old you are!" or "these are sue's daughters." My cousin Gage was there and we were competing against each othe to see who would get to leave first. He won but we weren't too much later. I drove so at least I got some gas out of it.

Well I guess that's all I have to say for now. Rebekah want's to use the computer.

I had to give Ross and Isaiah rides home today. I wouldn't mind just one but it was like double out of my way.

Today was picture day. Of course I'm a senior so I'm not buying pictures but we still have to get our picture taken. Jenny brought devil horns and so some of the girls wore them in their picture and we all smiled weird and looked somewhere besides the camera. I smiled my evil smile. It was fun.

Yesterday I babysat for Jen and Kev. They went to pick up a couch in Ypsalanti or however it's spelled. They didn't get back til about 11. I was so tired this morning that after I shut of my alarm I forgot to get up and just fell back asleep. I ended up having about 30 minutes to get ready. Somehow I made it to school without being tardy.

So I didn't actually end up going shopping today. Instead I got my hair cut and then went to the game. It was really disappointing though. JV won but varsity lost by 1 point. It was very intense.

I'm kind of nervous about tomorrow. Everyone in voice has to sing a song in front of the class... I'm not so sure about it. I haven't even had time to practice. I really need to work on not procrastinating. Speaking of that, I still have some pre-calc to finish but I think I'll do it in seminar. Ryan is such an over-achiever, his is already done. It's torcher getting myself to do pre-calc.

Homecoming is in 2 weeks. I haven't even looked for a dress. I may way one of yours, Leslie. That's right I still have them. Sorry about that.

This year is going by really fast already. It's scary. Soon it will be graduation. Hard to believe I'm that old.

Riding the waves...

Ahh the beach was nice today. The waves were super huge. I wish it was like that all the time. BethAnne, Ross, Isaiah, and I went to Ross's aunt's beach. Sadly I probably won't get to go to the beach too many more times before it gets cold.

I haven't done that much this weekend. I can't even remember much that I did. That's pretty sad. Oh well it was relaxing at least. I enjoyed not doing anything.

Tomorrow I'm going shopping after school in West Branch. I might skip band. There's not much point in going anyway. I'm going with my mom which isn't really the funnest but she at least will buy me stuff. Hopefully I'll make it back in time to see BethAnne's game.

Well I have to go do my advanced bio so I guess that's all for now.

buying new things is overrated

So today was fun. I woke up around ten and ate some banana nut crunch. Then I got ready and went garage saling with my mom in Tawas. It wasn't the greatest ever but I did get some pajama pants, an american eagle shirt, some cool earrings, 2 movies (10 things I hate about you and forest gump), and a furry mouse for my cat to play with. Then we ate at KFC and went home.

Yesterday I went to Alyssa's funeral and burial. It was very sad and there were tons of people there. I think about half of them were crying. After that I went home and then went swimming with Ross, BethAnne, and Isaiah. That was fun.

I'm really going to enjoy this 5 day vacation. I don't really have much planned and I'm sort of glad. Maybe I'll just hang out and do nothing. I haven't done that in awhile and it actually sounds fun.

Right now I'm about to go back to this one garage sale that had a Welcome Back Kotter lunchbox. It sells for about $100 on ebay....

Radiou.com plays Every Little Thing by Hawk Nelson about every other song. It's a good thing I like it. Sadly, I never feel like blogging much these days but I do it anyway. Sarah's too busy to talk to me on the internet. What is the world coming to?

I went with Hannah, BethAnne, and Lydia to Tawas to watch the Princess Diaries 2. I liked it. It was probably better than the first one.

Tomorrow is Alyssa's funeral. I wonder how that will go. I think probably the whole town plus more will be there. I should probably leave early. Hmm... I wonder if things could ever get back to normal.
